*Our service is second to none. We aim to provide our clients with the widest and most cost efficient cover available for their individual risks. We also put great emphasis on good customer service. Our areas of specialization are quite complex and therefore we work in close partnership with our clients. We organize meetings, client presentations and seminars in order to familiarise our clients with their risks and details of insurance cover.

One of our core competencies is claims handling. It is imperative to have a relationship with a broker who has extensive knowledge of the handling of these complicated situations. We actively advise our clients about all stages of the claims process and are closely involved in the negotiations. Our claims handling is a major strength and one in which we take great pride.
